SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What are my shipping options?
You may choose from the following shipping options:
- Store pick-up (at the Flutura Dedinja store, street Mitrovica, No:11, Prishtina, Kosova)
- Worldwide delivery to address via delivery post (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Store pick-up
If you choose local pickup at the Flutura Dedinja store at street Mitrovica, No:11, Prishtina, Kosova, please wait for the fulfilment e-mail from hello@fluturadedinja.com, which it may take up to 10 working days. Once you have received the fulfilment e-mail, you will be more than welcome to collect it at the store during working hours (Mo-Fr 10:00-18:00, Sa 11:00-16:00).
For sure you can visit our store anytime during the working hours!
Delivery
Since all items are handmade at our atelier in Prishtina, the dispatch time of your order may take up to 15 business days and 2 to 7 business days to deliver your order depending on your destination. As soon as your order will be ready, we will send you a shipping notification email and tracking number.
To make your shopping experience better and avoid long wait times, we have collaborated with DHL. UPS. and FedEx. We at Flutura Dedinja care very much about the environment we always are looking for shipping services that offers green logistics services including sustainable alternatives for all transport modes.

!!! Please keep in mind, that custom duties pay customer himself.
Estimate delivery time
We aim to send out from fashion house all orders within 15 business days.
Standard international shipping time, depending on the destination, may take up to 10 business days.
PRE-ORDERS: If you have ordered a special garment before it's official launch date, it will be ready for shipment in 45 business days.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. While working to minimize shipping delays, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers.
For customers located outside EU, the Standard DHL, UPS, FedEX shipping service on International orders, may take between 5 - 21 days.
Please note that the import duty or tax costs are not included in this final price and will be invoiced to you directly from the delivery service or an import broker appointed by you.
We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
