Return Policy
All our products are designed and tailored to your specific requirements. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than product defects.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned to Flutura Dedinja B.I. unused, unused and in salable condition, with all original tags attached.
*We do not offer returns or refunds on items purchased at a reduced price or sale.
*We are unable to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in their original condition.
While the returned package is in transit, it is your responsibility. Please note that return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original amount paid, less shipping charges.
Damaged Items
If any item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photo and the product received do not count as defects.
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email hello@fluturadedinja.com and include:
- Order number
- The name under which the order was placed
- The email address with which the order was placed
- A photograph illustrating the damage or defect
